Managed to fry both my Norpro Heaters, I guess that's why they're so cheap.

Hope to be ordering a unit someday, but meanwhile I'll sit back and lean from others.
Got a reflow oven partway built but no time to finish currently.
What do people use to generate reflow temp profiles/tables? excel etc?
